    Disney Star Wars

    So it seems that Disney has bought Lucas Films for over four billion dollars. They are set to do Star Wars 7 and have it released in 2015.

    Thoughts?

    As an avid Star Wars fan I am excited.

    Also, this weekend at California Adventure I saw in one of the stores a painting of Kermit the Frog and Yoda. How appropriate!

    And it also means that Leia is a Disney Princess now. Awwww, yeah.

      I stopped watching after episode six, so meh.
      Characters:
      Peridan Twilight, one-eyed dog of the Legion, deceased.

        I am excited about the possibilities. All the material is done, Disney will just need to follow them.

            I don't see how disney could screw it up any more than Lucas did by 'remastering' everything... and inventing Jar Jar Binks

              All I can say is, for those of you who hated the Star Wars modern movies, this is what all your years of ripping on Lucas has accomplished.

              Personally I never really liked Star Wars that much, Trek RULES!

                    Disney owns the rights to Marvel, which gave way to the Avengers movie which was pretty awesome.
