      If you ever make it to level 21, its also a pre-req for epic precision, which is a must-have.

        It's easily one of the best rogue bonus feats. For me, that, slippery mind and improved evasion are the top three.

          Ah well, most people who get that are immune to crits anyway, so it's a non-point.
