  • Vampires eh?

So with the recent advent of vampires in sundren what do you guys think of the 2006 Cult hit Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines?

Its the last and probably the one with the biggest following of all the Troika games so be gentle! (I prefered arcanum, personally , but its not about that, go!)

Worth playing just for the Malkavian dialog, and had one of the coolest haunted house sequences ever. I played the haunted house the first time at night, with my lights off, and it all came together perfectly.

I tried playing a completely social type of vamp. Its not really doable so put some skills into fighting... all and all, it was a really fun game.

(Hey Thief, I was a huge fan of Arcanum, as well. <3 Steampunk)

Since Vampire: The Masquerade was my first actual "role playing" (and not just hack-n-slash, kick-in-the-door style AD&D) game, I always had a soft spot in my heart for the series. Bloodlines was an amazing game, though it had it's share of bugs and issues. And yes, the Malkavian dialog was particularly amusing. So was the almost-unnoticable inclusion of Caine.
