What FPS do you play?

Whenever I'm too tired of anything else, I go to one of these. Some of 'em are fairly old:

• Half-Life
• Half-Life II
• Call of Duty
• Call of Duty II
• Savage
• Battlefield 2: Modern Combat
• Battlezone II

I rather play something like Gears of War.

You name an FPS and I've probably played it. STALKER is currently the one that dominates my life though. They just need to fix the warping around in multiplayer and it'd be just about perfect, and the singleplayer ending was a bit of a letdown for me (I won't ruin it, I have this suspicion there's different endings depending on how you play it, so I'm doing it again).

I got sick of FPS games around age 14... since i had been playing stuff like wolfenstien since i was 3 years old... *shrugs* im all about the strategy and RPG games now. I think all FPS are lame no matter how good they are XP

I think too many FPSes are stereotypical. Half-Life and Half-Life II dominate everything I've ever seen in storyline, to be honest, and I play games for storyline when I'm doing single player. Which is why I don't mind the Halo series, decent but pretty average story.

Regardless, the only reason I don't get sick of them is 1-2 hours of internet play a week, no more.

I usually dislike FPS games quite a lot, Stalker is nice (so far at least).

Else:
-Rainbow Six Vegas (for quick killing )
-Armed Assault (Best tactical combat simulator out there)

Rest of my games are RPG or strategy/tactical combat

Red Orchestra is a great ww2 fps. Nice and realistic. Also is Mount&Blade counts as an FPS on any level, that. If someone hasnt tried Mount & Blade you really should. Its a medieval fighting game / rpg.

Mount & Blade is a nice little game and has the best implementation of mounted combat ever seen in games. Too bad it is a bit rough at the edges.

Really? I have been playing FPS since 4 or 5 And I have always loved them Im a game junky I love RPGs , RTS , FPS , MMO and Action Adventure games I also love a good platformer.
