A friend of mine played it quite a bit; he seemed to think it was good. But, probably not that fun unless you have a few people to run about with (like most MMOs)
Oh i've been playing it some, got an elf hunter guy... on the server that stars with an "I"... Barely play anymore though
My to-be toon: Shafiq Al-Mawt: Zakharan myrkulite.

Based on TV commercials this went free to play.
Never really tried an MMORPG, this any good?
Every time I play a MMORPG I find it lacking role play in a major way and then come back to NWN. This one and eve are the only two that have held my attention long enough.
After the game, the king and the pawn go into the same box.
This is the only MMO I've ever played, and I play intermittently, but am nowhere near max level. But based on my limited experience:
Pros:
1. There is RP to be found, in particular at the Prancing Pony. Landroval server is the unofficial playerbase-nominated "Roleplaying" American server. The European servers appear to have officially-designated RP servers, so they may have more RP.
2. It has Moria
3. Decent selection of dwarven beard options
4. It has Moria
5. Involving and lengthy epic quest chains
Cons:
1. Involving RP can be hard to find compared to Sundren
2. The main quest chain uses a few tricks to change the way you perceive the world to show the effect of events/your actions, but in the end it is a static world.
