internet black outs

So as of the past 16 hours I have had 3 internet black outs in my home. I don't know why but I am getting really sic of it

Yeah, that stuff sucks. I get a nice hour, or so, loss every now and again. Use a wireless router? Even if not, unplugging the router and/or modem for about 20sec-1min and then plugging them back in may fix it unless its an area wide problem.
