If I could offer you only one tip for the future, Sundren would be it. The long term benefits of Sundren have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.

Every day has at least one thing that can scare you, you are not invincible.
You are a character, not a class. Remember this when venturing into this world.
Bad things happen, but good things will too.
If you're getting angered or frustated, step away. No game is worth an heart attack.
Take an intrest, take a craft.
Slaying goblins over and over again brings satisfication only to a certain extent.
If you're getting angered or frustrated, step in ...and relax. Just make sure to exercise that anger on an unexpecting gnoll and not your fellow man.
Take your time to lvl, life's over fast enough as it is.
Enjoy your character, but enjoy others as well. This is not a one-man show.
