Thus one could have dwarvin (feat) + DD + mitheril?

I don't think it stacks with the Adamantine, or DD, unless they changed it somehow. It's always been like that; if you have one blanket covering DR, it won't stack with any other blanket DR's via the mechanics of the game... the same is true if you have 10/silver and 10/cold iron... if you get hit with a normal weapon, you only get 10 off, not 20.

I'm pretty sure the only DR that stacks is the DR from a class, plus the feat that gives +1 DR. I don't think armor DR stacks.

Short Answer:

Based on what little I know, and assuming you are referring to the custom racial DR feats, No.

Long Answer:

Did you mean adamantine or mithral? Mithral armor doesn't have DR in standard NWN2, I haven't seen enough of it in Sundren to know for sure if it does or not here.

The default in NWN2 is that DR from multiple sources doesn't stack. Where multiple DR properties exists, the best applicable DR property is used.

Specific exceptions exist where this is scripted or hard-coded, and only with certain feat-given DR, as far as I know. In Standard NWN2, Dwarven Defender feat DR stacks with multiple Epic DR feats, but not with item property or spell DR.

In Sundren, we know that Stone Bones/Iron Bones stacks with the first DD DR feat, giving DR 7/-.

Does anyone know if Stone Bones/Iron Bones + Dwarven Defender DR stacks with Epic DR feats?

I've been told in the past that only feat-given DRs will stack. Others (spells, armor, etc.) overlap and don't offer extra protection.
