Once again, my soundtrack is playing all the sadistically apropos things while I'm writing.

That reminds me of the wild arms soundtrack.

I wouldn't be surprised if the flavour of the song was inspired by Wild Arms; it could be a coincidence, but SRW has a habit of remixing or being inspired by other anime/game music, even when they don't need to.

Apparently soundtrack also sensed that I was writing a moment of asskicking--granted, it's my character's ass being kicked--as it started playing "King of Destruction" (SRW Z2 - Destruction).


EDIT: While I'm on crossovers, enjoy some rap in the Japanese version of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom's Training Stage theme. Don't worry; lyrics are English.

That's Rena's theme. I remember hearing it in the forest when she talks to Claude about her past as knowing that she's not from Expel.
Really epic.
