Same here. URL is returning error 404.
Cannot connect to IRC also.
As it is probably 0100h on the Eastern Seaboard, staff are likely to be getting some well-deserved sleep.
One possible solution is for some kind soul who is currently able to play in-game to post a link to their up-to-date copy of sundren2da.hak. -

Then

Sadly until the people with server access (GBX & Saulus) wake up there is little that can be done to remedy this issue.
Take the time to update your character bios, figure out your characters short, medium and long term aims and write any needed requests, or just wait nervously.It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little - Do what you can.
