It is the same stuff they use on Predator masks and lots of wound appliances to make them look wet and gooey even after they dry.         I never had the money for the Table top. I really love the imperial guard and tau in Dawn of war though. For DoW2 I usually play eldar or nids (Ravener alpha only). If you can figure out finesse and pre-plan engagements and such they're REALLY amazing.
