I've always known I was getting jipped.. but wow.. I didn't realize how good some other people have it.
Japan.. Average speed: 61mbps at a cost of $.27 / mbit

USA.. Average speed: 4.8mbps at a cost of $3.33 / mbit
The US is the slowest listed, but not the priciest. I actually thought Korea would beat out Japan in terms of Price/Speed ratio. (Maybe South Korea by itself would..Looks like they combined North and South).
