I hate to say it but in a couple of months I will have to stop playing for a while. I just found out i am going to Japan and dunno how soon I can get my internet back up. I will try and stay active on the forums, and I will miss all of you and will try to be back on as soon as i can.

You only got told that a month and a half before your station? Are you just coming out of training, then? I think you said Navy, correct?

Not sure what they call your specialty training, there. It was called AIT in the Army. Only time they gave us so little head's up on our station of duty was when our AIT was ending. After that, you always got a much larger buffer of time of knowing where you're going before actually going.

Well, except for an actual Deployment. That's obviously a bit different.

My father was deployed in Seoul, Korea for a few years, and my friends and I visited Japan quite a few times.

It's a beautiful place, especially those mountain monkeys .
