Decided to join up, but so far it's been horrible because I keep getting booted for no reason. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong for me to be booted? I would rather like to know than just just have me thrust out every time. I read the rules and didn't see anything I was doing as wrong...unless logging in is a crime in sundren.

Welcome to sundren!!! No one said logging into Sundren was a crime...your very 1st post resembling a rant might be however. What kind of computer are you running? Are you up to date on all patches and required files to play here?? Few more specifics other then.."Sundren is lame and broken" would be helpful...if help is what you are looking for.

We automatically boot players who have invalid characters. This includes race or class. It is part of the module.

Delete everything in your override folder. If you're getting booted you either a) were cheating or b) were using illegal overridesThe very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

aye mate.. make sure all the correct patches are installed..
dont try to run ECL races (this included NWN2, and MOTB)
Dont try any of the new classes (I think the team is still in debate if they are to regulate them)
And only have what is required for Sundren in Overrides, haks, and tlks.

Actually we already have a sticky about the new classes and what we're moderating. Also, playing an ECL race won't get you autobooted -- autobooting is only if you have really bad stuff.The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Yeah it's a very good idea. It works really well on limiting them. I just didn't know I had made one until it was too late. Eh...it happens. I will try for approval for her, but I will make something else as well while I wait.Comment
