    Howdy!

    Where to start?

    Been rolling the d20s on PnP for roughly 20 years now. More PnP experience than I care to admit, honestly. I spent a good deal of time on the Baldur's Gate series, Icewind Dale, NWN1, etc...no love for the D&D mmorpg, though. A travesty!

    I've spent most of my mmorpg time on CoH and, even SWG back in the day.

    I enjoy playing the "typical" races and writing bios like no other. Hope to see you all in game!

    Well met Tearose. I too am an FRP Lich, PnP for over 20 years, with a similar interest in strong character development. See you in Sundren.

        Welcome to sundren, hope you have fun.. Baldur's gate was fun to watch my brother play, never played it unfortunately. Still have the 2nd one and Throne of Bhaal, which i'll play as soon as I stop being lazy.

          Heya welcome and I hear ya Baldur's Gate was soo . . . awesome I played BG1-2 Then NwN I never got the chance to play Icewind Dale though. But I think BG is the reason I'm still around playing D&D, multiplayer that is. . . Nowadays the single player campaigns doesn't even come close to BG in my opinion.

            BG to own forever. I play that game at least three times a year. i saw someone was making a NWN2 mod for it, well I think I saw that.

              From memory, some of the Obsidian folks are making a mod that is based around what was going to be Baldur's Gate 3: The Black Hound, but I haven't heard anything about that particular project for some time.

                Hiya, I'm new too. I loved BGI and II ... I can't really put it into words how my time in those games, and the community that formerly supported those (and the then just announced NWN1) games. I was part of the pre-NWN era of community members, back when it was the Black Isle forums of the olden days. Hell, that was literally almost a decade ago! I joined those forums in April 3rd, 2000. That was over 7 years ago, when I was 13 or 14 at the time. I'm 21 now, though. Seems so alien how time has evolved ...

                But yes, I am very interested in charcter development, and more importantly, am very interested in this server. Catch ya in it.

                      Meh, i didnt even try BG2 after i saw it... Too confusing, the inventory and all, and meh, 2nd ed. Too... different. Dual Class? O_o....
