Hey all I heard about this server through my brother. I recently enlisted and have been in training. I just got to AIT and heard the old HRC RP server I played on experieinced some shinanagins and shut down so here I am!

Thanks for the warm welcome all. Unfortunately AIT is strict where I am at. Plus I am still trying to read and get a good understanding of the rules so I can jump in with little confusion!! Hopefully I'll be a part timer by the beginning of DEC.

I am looking to play as a Red Wizard. Any guidance out there from fellow players as to where I need to read on rules and regs for this Player Class?

*Laughs* fellow military, It is all good hun, if you want to get your feet wet, just try something new and then later when you do have all the time in the world you can start your Thayan. And if you need help or anything just ask through tells, most people are very nice and courteous here if you ask nicely.

Sounds great. I am fairly familiar with Thayan lore. However just not the customs of the server as to how one is or becomes a Red Wizard so maybe over the weekend I will just create a random character just to get a feel for the community. I'm sure after a few days I will get all the info I need for my Red. Whenever I get a chance I just whip out the old phone and lurk in the forums for information. So slowly but surely I will figure it all out. Hehe Cadre here can be rather aggressive unless we are on our time. >.<

Rolling a stand-in to get the feel of the server before settling on a "main" isn't a bad idea, and don't be afraid to ask--unless you really want it to be private, in which then that's what the Help/Character Requests subforum is for.
