  • Coming back to Sundren

I've played before, yes, like on 2010...
But I never really introduced myself nor my love for gnomes, therefore, I'd like to say, I love gnomes...
This is sort of my way of introducing me... I might be getting hooked and playing a lot... who knows?
Anyway, name's Nicolas, and I'm from Uruguay, so my english might not be the best sometimes, but trust me I try hard... Machiavelli promised one of my gnomes an event a long time ago, I'm here to see that come true...
    Bye.

Haven't gnomes been placed in the same category as drow? Kill on sight?

      Well that depends,

If by Gnome you mean overly happy go lucky then yes they are kill on sight, but if you mean insightful and interesting then no. But on another note WELCOME BACK.

      Love,

Killing gnomes on sight could be different than accidentally stepping on them amidst the chaos. The effect would be the same though. I'm sure the on-sight detectives would assume it was just a pretty goblin.

I always gave dwarves Russian accents. They always struck me as more the Ruskies of fantasy.

I agree. Russian dwarves and Scottish druids sounds better.

Minsc and Boo disagree. Everyone knows that Rashemi miniature giant space hamsters are actually Irish sounding.

An Eastern European accent has nothing to do with Russia. Talk like that will get you lynched in any of the Slavic states! (It's like confusing an Irishman with an Englishman...lots of bad blood.)

Besides, there's no official dwarven accent, and considering dwarves are a prolific race there are probably as many dwarven dialects as human dialects. It's whatever your specific dwarf sounds like.

(Elves, however, always sound like jerks.)
