A Reintroduction

So I thought I would reintroduce my self. I originally signed up to the forums a while back but due to a lack of time I didn't exactly participate. Now that I have more time I thought I would take the effort to make myself known.

The character that I will be playing as is named Froppi Talloss, a halfling rogue with more then a few tricks up her sleeve (going for arcane trickster). She is excitable, talkative and wont hesitate to verbally take a few jabs at people (all in good fun of course).

Finally, I have a couple of questions...
- Were can I find a ranger shop that sells crossbows and bolts? The only one I have found isn't working.
-There are several factions in this game. Is there one more focused on the criminally inclined? and how do I join?
- Whats the best time to play on the server? The last couple of times I was on I had a hard time finding people to roleplay with.
