    Hey Sundren.

I finally decided to check out Sundren because I'm looking for engaging, interesting roleplay on a nwn2 server. I was going to just make a silly little character with which to check out the server's flavor, but I decided to ask here. :P Which factions and groups are either active or up-and-coming? I cannot play good aligned characters without getting tired of them in a matter of two hours. Sometimes I can play a neutrally aligned character if it's mostly evil. I love playing evil. So hello, all you other evil-playing people, what's the plan these days? XD

Well, the best faction is only for non-evil and non-chaotic chars, so I think the Red Blades (which is far the best faction for sure) aren't for you, unless you want to play neutral, but can't be that evil either.

    Welcome by the way.

And wow, 2 evils in a row that Lane can't recruit! What is he going to do???

Will Smither - Imbuer of some, Master of None...

Up-and-coming is hard to say -- trends and population in a faction can go up and down as quickly as a player's interest in a current storyline or character. Welcome, and have fun exploring

The Black Hand of course. The plan is cast fear over all Sundren. Keep the good guys huddled around their campfires at night.

Heh, it's not me who decides

The guys who rule everything have a DM before or after thair names :P They are also known to be cruel and evil, but if you get lucky, some of them can be friendly at you.

*turns on his commercial announcer voice*

Bah, why go to the extreme evil or good when you can plop right in the middle and make money doing so? Join the Blackwood merc Company, cause we're probobly the newest faction and we're the up-and-coming ones!!

                  *stops the announcer voice*

No really being a merc is a blast, and your alignment doesnt matter what so ever... well not sure a totally evil or good character would fit in but you dont need to be a banite or follow Cruven's top second most hated god!
                  My to-be toon:
                  Shafiq Al-Mawt: Zakharan myrkulite.

                  My tomb of old toons:
Cruven Schlachten - Blood Reaver of Garagos, Blackwood Company Elite, Hellstrom Head of Security
Marcus Waynard- Horned Harbinger, fear his best bud Frank!... and Jim, Bob, Sue, and Jane...
Davlamin Frostfoot - Frosty Snowflake, the Frozen Fist of Auril, sworn enemy of the Second Wind fire pit.

You should roll up a LE follower of the Red Knight and hang out with Lane.

The Black Hand and its sub factions are definitely the most "Hello, I'm wearing a black hood." type of evil. Evil can survive quite well in all factions besides the Arbiter's Alliance. Kurz Cartel and its sub factions work very well for evil characters as does the Wrath of Nature and the Veritas Syndicate.

                    Welcome to the server!

Bah! The Veritas Syndicate need more good characters, not evil ones (though there is a lot of room for both!).
