A little late for me to say I’m completely new as I’ve been around about two weeks now but still. The server looks very nice and the other players are friendly so in my eyes this had became an almost perfect place to RP and have fun.

Seeing as you asked my reasons for leaving are (ill try not to sound like a whiny self centered little kid)

1, Character requests seemingly getting ignored and only responded to after if I add a “forget I asked” bumper post about a week later, saying be patient and what not don’t help much when I see many others getting replayed to within a day

2, My annoyance at most other players completely ignoring NPC guards have reached its limit, openly wavering your weapon under an NPC guards nose and sometimes RPing wavering them around at other PCs inside cities, buildings, right next to guards and other daft places happens much too often for me.

3, The huge disappointment of the Trium faction, after spending more than a month finding a DM to initiate me into it I find that NO ONE ELCE USES IT, I think the most resent posts was made by me some 3-4 weeks ago now.

4, Most of the people I RP with have recently vanished or severally reduced there play time for one reason or another. I think we all know how it is to suddenly find your main PC without a friend and having to start building up relationships, it’s just like having to start all over again.

5 Because of reason 4 much of my time was spent waiting or looking for someone to RP with and getting very very board, there is/was simple nothing for me to do in my time zone.


I hope that’s enough reasons for you all. I’ve tried wording to as best I could not to offend anyone but at the same time some are “complaints” of sorts so can’t have their points blunted too much. Numbers 4 and 5 are the main reasons so it’s not so much “I hate you I hate your server I hate your dog and I hate the guy living down the road from you it all sucks” but more “I’ve had my fun, can’t find much more so time to move on”

Sorry to see you go, but I am in total agreement with you on this point. I know of at least one other player that left for this very reason and has made most of my characters avoid the "guarded" gathering spots.

I was going to post a long post about my feelings, but honestly, it wouldn't have made anything better. So I deleted it and just posted this.

I can only say I feel your pain on all your points. Those reasons above are part of the reasons for structure changes we're doing behind the scenes.

I can list a billion reasons for certain things, but in the end, what happens has happened and we can either hope for the best in the future or just walk away when we've had enough.

I hope mistakes I have made havn't been an added frustration for you is all I'll say and hope you some day feel the need to come back and have a better experience.

hey dude, sorry to see you go. i feel kinda bad about point #4 since my own character alan was supposed to be eva's new apprentice, but lately he's had less face-time, in favour of another of my alternates, jarvis. just wanted to letcha know that if you were to come back, i'd put in an effort to being alan around more often.

anyways, i hope you find what you're looking for, though it may be tough since the irritants you've listed aren't native to sundren, but problems elsewhere too. just know that you'd be welcomed back if you ever change your mind.
