  • Heya

A while back I wanted to join Sundren, but did not follow through with it...joining another server instead. I would like to play on this server now, however. I'm not the most dedicated role player, in all honesty, but I think I do at least adequately.

I enjoy playing spontaneous casters the most often, as far as classes go.

    Just glad to be here.

I've played on a dedicated server before on this, just not for that long. Did probably a couple dozen quests in those few weeks, though.

Does anybody have any advice for what I have to do? I looked over the rules and such, but if you could point out any I might have missed that would be great.

I'll look over them again right now, in fact...

Oh, and how would you rate the DMs here? The RP server I was on had DMs actively restructuring the environment, having daily quests usually started at the tavern (yes, I know that's stereotypical), and had laws and relationships that spanned a very wide range from eachother.

I just think that the more active the DMs are, the better. If I decide to use a spell to accomplish something that it can't do in the game engine (but that the description should allow), I like being able to have it done.

Say I was evil, and somehow a powerful sorcerer. If I wanted to destroy a building with a meteor swarm, with perfectly good reasons, could I? Of course it could be rebuilt, but I'm just speculating here. Would the DMs allow me to do so? Could I use pen and paper spells I may have learned (and planned ahead to use on the forums, of course) to teleport, for example?

I'm just asking these questions because I've never actually played on this server. Any answers would be appreciated.

The DMs are fairly active here (more active of late with some major plots being concluded). thread on the roleplaying of spells here; im sure the dungeon masters are willing to throw you a bone every once in a while anyways!

I have yet to really play on this server much.

Its not that I don't want to, only that I can't seem to find anybody to roleplay with.

I'm Echonian, by the way. I'm going to redownload the server and try getting into it for a fourth time. -.-
