The Exigo merchants take the signs down.
"Who is this guy? How can someone buy something if they don't know who to go to?," they remark.
"More importantly, what makes him think he can use OUR trade post to sell HIS services? He can sell his skins and leathers, but if he's crafting them and using OUR post to make the sale, he needs to get licensed."
The Exigo merchant addresses his employees. "If any of you see the man who put up this flier, give him assistance. He needs to get a license to sell crafted wares on our property. If not, he can just sell his things in the city."
(( People can sell single items at Exigo on their bulletin board, kind of like a real life Craigs list. But they don't let merchants sell or advertise on their property without a license. A person selling a single item is not a merchant, but someone selling LOTS of gems, craftables, or services, is a merchant.
Think of it this way--would 7-11 like it if you walked into their store and tried to sell soda to their customers?
