Each time Snow Hawk visits the Exigo Grounds, he makes sure to ask numerous travellers if they have a Jacinth or a Diamond for trade.

He lets them know he has two rubies of his own and would trade them both for a Jacinth or one for a diamond.

Overhearing, though probably not having been addressed himself, Pyras speaks up.

"I would be willing to part with a diamond for a ruby, I suppose."
