You spot a small, crisp note amongst the others. The handwriting is quite regal, yet small. With a sigh, you wonder if you can ever read text this tiny.

In my travels I seem to have come across a rather interesting device. At first glance it appears to be a standard longbow. However, upon holding it in one's hands the enchantments become quite recognizable. Small, runic text appears to light up briefly when wielded. From my studies, I can assume that the enchantments include a protective ward against danger (AC Bonus: +1 Deflection), as well as an infusing aura which seems to enhance the speed in which one can operate (Enhancement Bonus: Dexterity +1).

The parchment seems to shimmer very faintly with an unusual hex, as text written in the designated area sinks in and is absorbed into the material.
