A tattered note is attached to a tree near the camp fire, held in place with an arrow. It reads:

"I am seeking to purchase a new pair of leather boots. I wish them to increase my dodging, speed and grace. If you have a pair, please leave your response on an additional note. Red color preferred."


ooc: +1 dodge, bonus feat: dash or +dexterity are well liked.

A flowing signature appears at the bottom:

"Mako, Archer of Viridale"

Val sees the notice and stops. "Hmm... now where have I seen one of those...?" He ponders for a bit, then shrugs, and walks off.

Left under the note is a return note,

"How much are you willing to increase your agility? There are many means and some I may be able to offer you for a small exchange. Leave a message and I will seek you out."

Another tattered note hangs from the tree with a similar arrow:


"I will offer up to 20,000 stags for the right pair of boots, or by other means, though it make some time to raise that sum."
