Winning bids will be notified via Sending within twenty-four hours of close-of-bidding. Lack of response by a winning bidder within one week thereafter, or evidence if inability to supply the claimed funds shall render the bid forfeit and processed as an unclaimed item. All items are sold 'as-is', though inquiry may be left for further enhancement by Frazer Mfg. or another Fabricator's Collective Certified business. All sales and bids shall be enforced and conducted as appropriate for any local laws and ordinances. Where multiple identical items are indicated, the highest bids will be honored in order until supplies are depleted.
*- At the sole direction of Whurest Hold, funds originating from Whurest Hold or its constituency directed to the upkeep of the Schild Facility may instead be reimbursed to the purchaser following close-of-sale.

- Silent auction is a variant of the English auction in which bids are written on a sheet of paper. At the predetermined end of the auction, the highest listed bidder wins the item. This auction is often used in charity events, with many items auctioned simultaneously and "closed" at a common finish time. The auction is "silent" in that there is no auctioneer selling individual items, the bidders writing their bids on a bidding sheet often left on a table near the item. At charity auctions, bid sheets usually have a fixed starting amount, predetermined bid increments, and a "guaranteed bid" amount which works the same as a "buy now" amount. Other variations of this type of auction may include sealed bids. The highest bidder pays the price he or she submitted.
- TL : DR - The available goods are written on sheets of paper, write your bid on the paper if interested; no auctioneer is present, whoever puts the highest price for the item wins it.
