Tyranus pens a letter to all those that have been in contact with him about the mission and sends them a copy of the contract that James Frazer has drafted. To leave the signed contract with James and then they may receive the initial pay of the contract from him when he sees everything is in order.

This document is to certify and make binding the contract between Mister Tyranus Blackbeard <Henceforth to be referred to as the Employer> and ___________________ <Henceforth to be referred to as the Employee>, in the pursuit of the acquisition of the runed volcanic-patterned fullblade of the Firedrake clan-champion. As conditions to the purpose of this contract, the Employer and the Employee agree to the following:

WHEREAS the Employer desires the prompt and efficient resolution of the operations to obtain the blade as described;

WHEREAS the Employee desires assurance of compensation for services rendered under various degrees of personal risk;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these premises it is agreed as follows:

1. The Employee agrees to perform expeditionary operations under the direction of the Employer, in pursuit of the acquisition and retrieval of one fullblade, engraved with runes and patterned with a volcanic motif, from the possession of the Firedrake Clan giants and any representative champions or authoritative individuals, and to mitigate any unreasonable threat and animosity projected by the aforestated organisation towards the settlement of Aquor and its occupants <Hereafter to be collectively referred to as Operations>.
   
   
2. The Employer agrees to compensate the Employee a total sum of ______________ stags <_____&> for the completion of the Operations. One-Quarter of this prescribed denomination is to be released by the Employer to the Employee prior to the participation of Operations for the purposes of equipment and collateral. The remaining Three-Quarters of this prescribed denomination are to be released by the Employer to the Employee upon completion of the listed objectives for the Operations.
   
   
3. The Employer retains the right to withhold payment to the Employee in the event that reasonable evidence may be presented that the Employee is no longer operating in the interests of Operations or the interests of the Employer. In the eventuality of difference of opinion regarding denial of payment, the matter shall be brought to the attention of Frazer Enterprises <Henceforth to be referred to as the Arbitrator> for arbitration. Both the Employer and Employee agree to accept and honor the resolution provided by the Arbitrator regarding such matters. In the event of overt hostilities precipitated by the Employee against the Operations or the Employer , the Employer reserves the right to render tactically expedient resolution without consultation with the Arbitrator.
   
   
4. The Employee is authorized, along with any additional holders of similar contracts, to retain possession of any items of value acquired during the progress of Operations, other than items specified among the objectives listed herein. The distribution of any such unlisted valuables is left to the collective discretion of any Employees holding this or similar contracts.
   
   
5. At the Employee’s option, the Employee may authorize the Arbitrator to insure the Employee during participation of operations for subsidisation of medical and clerical services, up to a total of three thousand stags <3000&>. If the Employee chooses to exercise this option, the Employee agrees to set aside a portion of any unlisted valuables in compensation to the Arbitrator. This portion is to be proportional to the number of Employees exercising this option, and not to exceed one full share of any valuables attained during participation in Operations.
