A few people have asked me this so I'm gonna try and clear it up a bit. In all honesty, if you play a certain type of character, there is NO way you could buy something from the store or even have plausibly heard about it. I'm not trying to be biased against some players, I just think it would be seriously out of character to just sell to anyone. If you are evil and can still meet these requirements, then good on you!
Non-Elves must:
1. Belong to a "Good" faction e.g. Legion, Hands, Arbiters, CdG
2. Vouched for by someone Altherion considers Good and whose judgement he trusts implicitly i.e. Dante Swift, Bjorn Rakstaal, Dain Tornbrook, Angus Ironforge, Galen. (if he knows them well personally they may not need to be vouched for)
3. Have a good reputation
4. Non-Elves must ALWAYS trade an item Altherion considers sellable/useful in addition to paying the GP costs (which are purposely very low to help out non-factioned Elves)UTC+8
