That a man, Sean Walters, is willing to pay handsomely for a Pearl. He also claims to hold some of the rarest gems to possibly trade for the peal. Anyone with such a precious gem, that is willing to part to please leave him a notice at The Four Lanterns Inn in the City Gate's District of Sundren.
