A small, neatly-printed note is tacked to a number of bulletin boards.

Requested are the services of an enchanter of discete capacities capable of imbuing garments with the Shadow and Silent Moves properties.

Also requested are the services of a skilled tinker capable of high-detail work. (DC 31 crafting-capable) Once again, discression is required.
