Master Smiths - I need you.

You come upon a note elequently written with what looks like to be expensive ink

"My name is Sevian, and their are quite a few who know me. You should be able to locate me fairly easyily if you just look for a little while. I am in search of a master smith, one able to make a strong short sword. One made of Mithril or Adamantite. If one will simply find me, or leave a note with this one, it will be greatly appreciated."
