Seeking a Belt

You wander upon a poster, and scribbled upon it reads -

"My name is Sevian, and I have put this poster up looking for a belt. One that will increase my reflex and speed, so my services can be of more use to others. The belt will require a skilled person, and that is why I am hoping one will come upon this because I am quite busy with other things.

I will of course pay well, and you can find me usually by the Second Wind Inn when I am about to either turn in, or taking a quick break. If you wish to speak to me however, I am also found at the Viridale - Legion Camp."

"Hello, it is Sevian again. I am also seeking some short swords of high quality. I would prefer the highest quality that can be made. Leave your signature on a note, and tell me of the quality you will be able to make. Leave a note tacked under this one, and I have payed a guard to make sure no one rips off competetors notes. Also, if any enchanters are available, leave a note also if you are interested in some buisness."
