I am looking for a skilled craftsmen to produce a piece of jewlery for me. The Craftsmen must be skilled in working with saphire and silver. A consultation for the cost of the item, who's nature will be disclosed on consultation

While on some errands, Tarangil walks through the trading post, and comes across the note requesting a jeweler. Holding it to the days fading light he mulls it over, Hm, I haven't taken to the bench in a couple of decades... He thinks to himself. .... still though, it would be worth keeping in practice. He attaches a response note showing interest in the queary.
