Patch problems

alright, I went to patch NWN2 today, and it says I don't need to update, although it says "your version: 1.12.x" compaired to the NWN2 update of: 1.3. I'm running off a Vista Laptop, but that shouldn't matter because it patched just fine until it hit this one, heres a copy of what the NWU is telling me:

Any idea how to fix this? Cause when I log onto the NWN2 online thingy, it says I need to update.
