  • Elemental resistance spells

Does anyone know if the elemental damage reductions from Endure Elements, Resist Energy and Protection from energy will stack?

    They don't.

If you can cast them both at once-- Then one takes it all and you take the rest, no spill will be absorbed by a lower one.
"Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin -- more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man."
    - Bertrand Russell

If you have resistance from feats, like racial resistances or favored soul resistances, it does stack with spells.

...as well as with elemental gear, yes. *nods*

I don't think gear and spells stack, but I have not checked.

I do not think that gear and spell ever stack for any kind of buff.

Another little question; spells like Ghostly Visage and Invisibility talk about a concealment bonus; how much is the bonus from each spell and do said bonuses stack? (if it's anything like nwn1 the answers'll be 20% and 50% respectively and no, but it's worth making sure )

Nope, they don't stack! Ghostly visage is 10%, Ethereal visage is 25%... not sure about what it is for greater invisibility once your presence is known, or for displacement.

Greater invis is 50% when your discovered.
Sacrifice everything as the final darkness falls... in the end, all that awaits you is death. Only then will you understand - you've been following in my footsteps all along.
So come then, you heroes! Come in all your power and glory! For in the final hour, all must serve the one... true... king.

Ah, thanks. Also - and this is the last annoying question, I promise! - does the damage resistance from stoneskin, greater stoneskin and the other damage resistance spell stack?

Nope, it applies whichever is greater in terms of resisting the physical damage in question (same as with elemental resistance). So the damage resistance from your ghostly visage will only start to work once your stoneskin spell wears off (And a resist energy spell will only start to work when protection from energy wears off, etc..)
