I was just thinking but... potions of lore? how do they work?
I mean, do you just drink one and then some random knowledge pops into your head?
So if you drink enough, will you stumble across the formula for an ancient netherese artifact?

A magical effect will never stack with another "copy" of itself, unless specified on rare occasions;
You drink a potion of Lore and you gain a few seconds of insight during which you can easily tell the nature of items you are looking at. Think of it as some "vision brew", divination drinks used in stereotyped stories with native americans shamans.
