  • Anyone seen anything like this?

NWN2_SS_112007_003148.jpgThis was in the orc area of the forest, the whole zone. No terrain, no terrain scaling, couldn't move, rebooted, it didn't help. I was with someone who had this same issue in the mountain paths area as well about a month ago.

Yes I frequently get that, but only at Port...oh er whats it called..Port Wossiname. Never had it anywhere else.

Any idea what the cause is or how to fix it? I couldn't even navigate my character around, luckily the DMFI follow tool worked

I see this got moved to NWN2 forum. I haven't seen this or heard of it in any other module or OC unless on Sundren. I'm not looking to bitch or anything, just looking for a possible fix I guess.

I doubt this is Sundren related. Did you try submitting a bug report?

I've never seen this issue on my system.

Video Drivers / NWN2 related. Bug Obsidian about it.

I get a similar problem where some areas of my walkmesh are bright red, specifically in Port Avanthyr and the Necropolis (rather the old Necropolis, haven't been back to see if it's changed). I can still walk on them, it's just that instead of the skin, there's red. Only one guy ever had the same problem on the NWN forums and Obsidian disregarded it...

Yep, I have the same problem with the port where there are red areas. I guess it is obsidians nasty and dirty reminder to "buy Nvidia cards, especially the expensive ones"

I have a rather expensive NVidia card now, but I still see a red area glitching over and under the ground in a specific alley of Port Aventhyr. I believe this was reported a while ago, and the source of the problem couldn't be identified.
