Be Proactive!

You may have noticed me shouting in-game a few times, taking requests for events. The responses I get are a little varied, so I want to clarify who gets the attention and why.

Some folks are very specific in who they want to approach or what they want to do, which is great. They have a goal for their PC, but also a plan for how to achieve it.

Others have sent ambiguous messages:

• I want to earn evil alignment points
• Can you do something fun for us in the sewers?
• I want to investigate the troll plot

These kinds of requests are end goals, but there is no plan for achieving them. WHO will you contact? WHERE will you go? WHAT do you plan on doing?

Things never go according to plan, but details and proactive thought behind your PC end-goals will get you my DM attention in game. I am always open for running events catered to your PCs. But, you need to tell me what you're trying to do, not just why.
