I'm looking for people experienced and skilled with cartography and illustration to help add to the Sundren experience! Artwork will be included both ingame and on the wiki.
I'm looking to add in usable map items that can be bought, and on use will display the map. Additionally, adding in books with illustrations is also a possibility (something like this).
I'm looking to map individual areas, as well as regions, and make them available for purchase in various stores.
The DEV team is doing a lot of work and mapping to reflect the Second Sundering changes, and so I'm most interested in maps that will be current, although it would be fun to have Pre Sundering maps in loot containers.
Other uses for artwork would be on map placeables. The one we currently use , is of the entire Sword Coast. I could turn maps and illustrations into wall hangings or unrolled flat maps for war meetings.
If you can help out at all, please post here or send me a PM with some samples and what you'd like to do.
Additionally, anyone looking to do more artwork for generic paintings/tapestries/cloaks, please let me know. I can't do any 3d modelling, but creating new textures for existing models (again, cloaks, tapestries, maps, etc) is simple enough and if you would like to donate some time and art to making our server pretty, let me know so we can get a ball rolling.
