Disclaimer: I tried to research the Pnp Mage-Killer PrC but I couldn't find any online since I don't own the books, so I don't know what the real requirements, advantages are...
I'm considering the Mage-Killer path for one of my PC's since it sounds kinda interesting and no one else is one, but the requirements feel kind of heavy for the advantages they give. Possible recommendation to make them more attractive: decrease feat requirements (only need reflex OR fortitude increase), increase BAB to medium, make summon creature castable like a druid (in replacement of...), or give them some spell resistance (some spells don't have saving throws),
anyway, just a few thoughts...
