If you're fixing up the crafting system anyway, it would be cool if adamantine weapons had the +2 magic damage bonus removed, bringing them in line with PnP.
It would free up an extra enchantment slot so you could put more than one element/holy etc on them. The way it is now, silver/cold iron make better magic weapons, and that discrepancy will only get worse if damage enchants are un-nerfed (which from reading the "crafting will be worthwhile" spiel I'm guessing they will be)
