Just an idea, just cause it makes sense to me:
If a form is capable of Flight, why not make it so that they auto-succeed all Jump/Climb skill checks? It gives a mechanical use for having wings since they provide no other real benefit.
You could use the same list of creatures from the Forest Warrior's ability.
Or rather than Auto-Succeed, if you are in a winged form simply add the option "Fly."
Makes sense to me. If you have wings you never really have to worry about jumping or climbing.
