You know, a thought occurred to me which may be helpful to players that have Cryptic Notes Scrolls, which may add to some realisim in regards to deciphering them.
I got to wondering that there is no difference on deciphering them if I am in the middle of the Sundren sewers, or in the library. What kind of trouble would it be... (in the long term)... to set up something in the University or library that could add a modifier to your skill checks on deciphering scrolls, or even a sage that could do so for a price like those that can ID items? (charges hefty and depending on DC of course
)
