A Traveller

Pacing the border of a different city every night, is a tall, cloaked figure. Considering there never seems to be a horse with the traveller, it is unusual that he has been crossing the distance from one city to the next in so little time. As of this point, no motives are made clear for his wandering, as no actions or words have been spoken on the part of the cloaked figure, and he seems determined only to keep his distance. The only remarkable, noticable occurence seems to be the sad tune that the man whistles, echoing throughout the night.
