The Ravens Fly Out of Sestra

The ash covered Chancellor steps out of the Mausoleum from hours of studying religious tomes and penning schemes. The pupils in his wide eyes shrink intensely as he steps into the sunlight. Parchment tucked under his arms, he calls to Myrkul to send him Ravens (The animal associated with the deity). He whispers to the dark winged flock, "Take these letters to those who would serve Sestra, to those who serve our most righteous gods."

The letter would read,

To: Loyal servants, bounty hunters, and others who such may concern.

Sestra is often accused of being too vicious with its punishments. But we stand with more freedoms in the practice of the arcane arts than anybody, we have no poor on our streets, and our food reserves stand stronger than any other. Our higher standing of living is too often attacked by those too weak willed to embrace the dark lords. And thus, Sestra asks for your aid in tracking down those who would stand against its law.

There are several bounties out for criminals. Track down our enemies and you'll find Sestra will fill your pockets with coin and your belly with food and drink.
