The written announcement speaks of opportunity for academic admission into Sundren's Thayan Enclave as a student to High Arcanist and Illusionist Pyras Demathos. Essentially, it seems an apprentice is -- or apprentices are -- being sought by the Red Wizard, offering the chance for Thayan arcanists to join the prestigious ranks.
