Peridan writes a report while in the City Watch, his hand moving quickly.
"This is Private Peridan Twilight, reporting on the incident at the Exigo. My report shall be brief, because for the most part I have already given my report to the Head Watchman.
Although I was not present at the beginning, apparently mere seconds before I arrived a man named Alcander..." Here the writing looks like it was paused "...was incinerated by a reaper looking figure, in broad daylight in full view of the Exigo guards. Nothing left when I arrived, I have names of several witnesses, including one Cirion, Cybil, and several more I will include at the bottom. At this point, another witness, one Dram Briin, was harassing a passerby. I have included his account, as follows:
I saw the man hiding behind the cart, looking on as the reaper appeared and did nothing to prevent the killing of the monk Alcander. Suspicious of his intentions, I confronted him, dagger drawn. The man claimed that he was being harassed, and a guard walked over to tell me to drop my weapon. I fully complied with her demands, and dropped my weapons, repeating my suspicions of the man. The man claimed he had seen nothing, and ran away once Cybil (a priestess of Illmater) began to have her pack glow and subsequently exploded."
Peridan writes. "I have written this for him, as he cannot read nor write. I agree his actions were unfounded, but since there was no harm done, I recommend he recieve nothing but a stern reprimand. As for Exigo, whatever fiscal punishment or suspension from attending the grounds I am sure he would be fine with. End of report."
