Dear Tia, Esmee, and all my friends and family in Navil

The search for Zhurkel the Blackheart continues. We have discovered the fiend is actually capable of blocking out the senses the Grand Keeper of Viridale. No doubt the powerful druid's eyes are merely not meant for whatever foul tricks the Blackheart uses to cloak his presence. Within a more secluded and forbidden section of the forests was found the remains of a cave utilized for the Blackheart's evil purposes. A party was lead by Nulinus the Seeking, who learned of the cave through a prophetic dream granted to him by Gorm. Within the cave more flesh golems were found, stitched from the gory remains of the raided ogres. Deeper still a child was found but not like your typical urchin sort. No mere child was this, but a product of malice and hatred, tainted by and wielding dark and deadly magicks. The beast had quickly revealed itself a threat to the party of Nulinus. Blade met spell and flesh and through determination and might, the Seeker's party had emerged victorious.
After the creature was bested, it was decided by Cirion the Roseknight that the remains be handed to the Helm-bowers. During the fight, each blow from him came in hesitation and even some reluctance. The Roseknight had indeed not lost his courage, however in the back of his mind a question begged to be answered. Was it possible this monstrousity was one of his children, stolen away by the Blackheart to be changed into something most foul?

Only time and the work of the Helm-bowers would tell. And only time shall tell the continuation of my tale my friends.

    Love always,
    Osclow

P.S. As always Tia, be a good girl.
