To the Sundren City Watch:
I, Yashia Jadysvarion, hereby declare what transpired before, during and after the battle that took place by miss Perkins' farm at the Crossroads between druid of Talos Vader Kataklysm and myself. This to ensure that the case may be looked upon in a just manner.
Vader and I had just had a peaceful conversation on his loyalty to the Storm Lord at the Exigo Trading Post, when upon my questioning he was suddenly overcome by the call of his patron deity to wreak havoc. He seemed in conflict with himself for a time, unsure what he should do, but eventually he ran away from the Post and towards the Crossroads. Soon after, I followed him to ensure he would not be able to cause harm to anyone, including himself.
I found him shouting praises to Talos, and calling forth lightning strikes from the sky. Not only on miss Perkins' property, but also on her house, potentially endangering her and whoever was inside. I tried to calm him, to convince him to withdraw himself from the madness he had gotten himself into, but he would not listen. He said that he would walk away from there, but that he would continue bringing destruction elsewhere. And he was clearly intentioned to do so, not just making idle threats.
That, I could not allow. I drew my weapons, and made it known to him in words. He did the same, and called for me to come at him, spear in hand and ready to fight. I took the first swing, his following almost immediately after. Battle raged on, him raining down more strikes of lightning from the skies, this time aimed upon me. Eventually, I managed to subdue him, making him unable to continue what he was doing.
I wished to bring him into custody, but was stopped by another who was present, who claimed that he and his men could better handle the situation. I relied on his word, that he would do all in his power to ensure Vader could no longer pose a threat to Sundren. I let them continue as they deemed fitting, as I knew the man to be well practiced in the terms of law. They then proceeded bringing him into the barn to take care of his injuries, and I myself walked away. After which I came here to file my report almost immediately, having my own wounds looked at just before I did.
I hope to have informed you in enough detail, so that you may act accordingly.
Regards,
Yashia Jadysvarion
