A letter is dropped off at the secretary in the city hall by Private Reyer before he goes about his duty. He informs her it's a request, or rather an inquiry, about beginning a guild and asks her to forward it to the proper recipients. The letter, once opened, contains a particularly neat showing of Daniel's handwriting and it's obvious for once he's written it with careful dedication:
'To whom it may concern:
On behalf of the slowly forming group of adventurers intending to create a new guild in relation to the recent problems plaguing the lands I address this letter to an official with the hopes that they can provide me with further information as to how to create an official, sanctioned guild within Sundren. Such information requested deals with where to forward this request and application, though information dealing with the fees related to the creation of the guild and the paperwork required would be appreciated. Replies can be addressed to Private Daniel Reyer of Port Avanthyr's Militia and left at the Militia Barracks or the Menacing Mariner. A quick and speedy reply would be most appreciated.
